1. 2025 Booth Packages and Pricing:

Booths are available in packages based on location. A booth space measures 10’x10′.
A booth includes one 8’x2′ skirted table, two chairs, one trashcan,  a booth sign, and 6 daily passes.

• Premium booths: $1500
•  Standard booths: $1250
• Inline perimeter booths: $800
• Food booths: $600

2. Log In Credentials:

• If you are new to ExpoGenie, you will need to register a new account. This must be done on a desktop computer; mobile device registration is unavailable.
• Below please select registration or login

• You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials to return here for more show details.
•  Choose and Purchase Your Package type from the list above:
• After choosing the Package type and add it to your cart, you will be able to select the booth location.

3.  Choose Your Add-Ons:

•   Add-on options include electricity, additional tables, chairs, extra passes (beyond the 6 allotted), and Sponsorship & Marketing opportunities.
• These options are listed for you to select. 

4. View Your Order:

   – Review your order in your cart before proceeding to checkout.

5. Vendors must complete an Expo Waiver before setting up.
